Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Creator account; Members under 18 may use Aghor only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Creator accounts may be operated by a studio (including its authorised staff) or by an independent instructor. The account holder is responsible for the actions of any staff they invite.

Aghor provides software for scheduling, bookings, payments, client management, communication, and related tools. We host the platform, but the services listed on it - classes, programs, memberships, appointments - are offered by Creators, not by Aghor.

Aghor is not a party to the relationship between a Creator and their Members. The Creator is solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and delivery of their services, for their own pricing, and for their refund and cancellation policies.

• Creator plans are billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
• Eligible plans include an 11-day free trial, available once per Creator. You can cancel during the trial without charge.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
• Aghor does not charge commission on a Creator's class or program revenue.

Members pay Creators through payment providers (Razorpay or Stripe) integrated into Aghor. Payment confirmation recorded by the provider is authoritative for access to classes, programs, and memberships.

Refunds for classes, packs, programs, and memberships are governed by the relevant Creator's refund policy - please contact the studio or instructor directly. Where a payment was charged in error or a duplicate charge occurred, contact support@aghor.co and we will help coordinate with the payment provider.

You agree not to:

• use Aghor for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
• upload content that is abusive, infringing, or deceptive;
• send spam or unsolicited marketing through Aghor's communication tools;
• attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems, or access another account;
• resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Creators using messaging features (email, WhatsApp) must have the recipient's consent and must honour opt-outs. We may suspend messaging features or accounts that generate abuse complaints.

Creators own the content they upload (schedules, videos, images, client records) and grant us a licence to host and display it in order to run the service. Member data collected by a Creator belongs to that Creator's business relationship with the Member; we process it on their behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. Aghor and its software, design, and branding remain the property of Aghor Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Fitness and wellness activities carry inherent risk. Creators are responsible for obtaining appropriate qualifications, insurance, and waivers, and for assessing Members' fitness to participate. Aghor provides tools (such as digital liability waivers) but does not verify Creator credentials and is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from services delivered by Creators.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, add, or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid functionality. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will notify account holders by email or in-product notice.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal risk, or remain unpaid after notice. On termination of a Creator account, we will make the Creator's data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aghor's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of Creators, Members, or payment providers.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Questions about these terms: support@aghor.co.
